Can you believe Spencer is turning 1 already?!
That’s right, it’s been a whole year since I designed Binky Baby Spencer so it’s time for us to celebrate his birthday in style.

This mod includes the striped party hat, the birthday cake and the caterpillar. I made the caterpillar in rainbow so Spencer can learn his colors.

The bib is from the original pattern. I just ironed on a “1” with iron on glitter vinyl.

You will use the same size hook and yarn weight that you did for your Spencer baby for everything.

I used Posh and some Parfait Chunky with a 5.5 mm hook.

A small piece of drinking straw, dowel rod or something similar is recommended for the inside of the candle. I used a plastic drinking straw.

Elastic string would be great for the party hat! I used some white ribbon.

A pom pom maker is suggested but also optional. I used three of my fingers to wind the yarn around to make his confetti pom for the hat.
