This is my take on the traditional Granny Square. I have made my own variations, to suit my preferences. The Granny Square is a timeless classic, and one near and dear to my heart, as my grandmother taught it to me when I was a teenager. The nice thing about the Granny Square is that you can make as many squares as you like depending on the size you want. A blanket for an infant? Make it 6 X 6, or 6 X 7. For a toddler? Try 7 X 8. Whichever you choose, the result will surely be treasured by the recipient. Enjoy stitching with love, for a little one in your life!

Blessings!
