The Blackberry Button-up is written in English using US Terminology and is suitable for advanced beginner crocheters and beyond. The pattern includes detailed instructions with photos to help you along the way.

This pattern is size inclusive, as it is made to measure. It can be customized to fit your personal measurements/preferences!

The Blackberry Button-up is constructed in one piece, so you won’t need to sew any of it together! It’s a super comfy, stylish, versatile, and very wearable garment. And can be made in endless color combos! Check the photos to see some of the versions my testers made!

This piece has become a staple in my wardrobe. I truly wear it all the time. I’ve styled mine with many different outfits, which you can find on my Instagram (@croshelby) if you’re looking for some inspiration!

Materials Needed:

  • Yarn - this is a made to measure pattern, so you can use any type of yarn (I used a worsted wool yarn for the example - Friends Wool from Hobbii - I have a 34 inch bust and used around 450 g of black and 350 g of tan. The bust circumference of my finished sweater is 40 inches.)
  • Crochet hooks - use the hook that is recommended for the yarn you’re using (I used a 5.0 mm hook) + a hook that is 1 mm larger for ribbing (I used a 6.0 mm hook)
  • Buttons - I used six 20 mm buttons
  • Tape measure, stitch markers, scissors, tapestry needle, thread, and sewing needle

You will receive two PDFs with your purchase - one with the pattern for the Blackberry Button-up and one with a Tester Lookbook
