This is a knitting pattern for this blackberry hat.

The pdf pattern is 6 pages including pictures.

The pattern gives rather an elastic piece so differences in cm’s are well tolerated between ages.

What I used:
Yarns
• 75 gr dark blue colored yarn.
I used weight 2, 100% acrylic yarn with 4 mm needles (17 x 24 stitches to obtain 10 cm x 10 cm, width height)
• 50 gr green yarn. Optionally, you can also use 25 gr (even less) white yarn instead of the green color.

Needles
• Circular 40 cm (/16’’) size 4 mm /US 6 / UK 8
• Double pointed needles size 4 mm / US 6/ UK 8 (or smaller), for stem

You can always use different weight yarn with appropriate needles and calculate/ adjust the number of stitches yourself or by using knitting calculator on internet.
