This is an asymmetrical triangular shawl, cast on from one tip and knitted with two strands of yarn held together. A mohair/silk blend lace-weight yarn and a wool-blend fingering/sock yarn work together to give the fabric a lofty appearance and soft feel. This project may also be worked using a single strand of DK yarn. If you choose to use stitch markers, you will have to periodically remove them on the left side, as decreases are worked, and add new ones on the right side, as increases are created.
