This wrap pattern features two very distinct lace stitches that blend together beautifully, and they are “framed” by a third lace stitch. Both lace stitches are fairly dramatic, and there are charts as well as written directions for the two lace stitches. The wrap is knit in a single piece with final measurements of 22 1/2 inches X 74 inches on a size (U.S.) #6 (4mm) needle, using one of the heavier fingering weight yarns. There are also instructions for an optional crocheted edging, should you wish to finish the wrap that way.

Skill Level: Beginner + - Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of knitting, purling, and some familiarity with lace knitting).

The sample was expertly test knitted by Rachel McKinney who can be contacted at: 100creations@ gmail.com, and who known on Ravelry as 100creations. The sample was knitted using Fleece Artist’s Merino 2/6 in colorway, Wine.
