Welcome to the first annual Vintage Vixen Crochet-a-long! This year, Vintage Vixen will publsih 12 patterns for afghan blocks, one for every month! Each month, make 2 squares. At the end of the year, the 24 squares will be blocked and joined into an afghan!

Blocks will be published individually throughout the year and available together as an ebook. The ebook will include instructions for blocking, joining, and borders.

Block 5 “Moss Stitch” is an easy block that uses previously learned skills and teaches skills that will be used for other blocks.

Skills Learned/Reviewed:
Chain (CH), Single Crochet (SC), Working in ch-1 space.

-Crochet Hook H-8/5.0mm
-Basic Yarn Sewing Kit: small scissors, soft measuring tape, yarn needle, removable stitch markers.
-140yds/100g Worsted Weight (4) Yarn Makes 2 blocks.
