Perfect under a jacket for work, dressed up for date night, or worn casually on the weekend with jeans, this versatile halter-style top is always appropriate. Montague’s breathable pima cotton creates a softly textured fabric, while stockinette and an unusual rib stitch pattern keep it fast and easy. Designed to be worn with little to no ease at the bust, this streamlined tank is worked in the round to the armholes, and back and forth from there to the mock turtleneck. Decorative side, neck, and hem ribbing gives it figure-flattering structure and a slightly scalloped hem while enhancing fit. No seaming is required, since the armhole shaping cuts inward halter-style to end at the mock turtleneck, at which point the remaining stitches are worked in the round for the neck.
