Circular needles sizes 4, 5, and 6.5 mm, 80–100 cm for Magic Loop, if preferred.

Gauge:
Brioche stitch 5 mm needles: 16 sts x 17 rows = 10 x 10 cm
Brioche stitch 4 mm needles: 17 sts x 21 rows = 10 x 10 cm
Pattern stitch, 6.5 mm needles: 16 sts x 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm
Note: In brioche stitch, each stitch is worked over two rounds in height. This means
that 1 knit stitch equals 2 rounds worked.
About the Sweater:
The sweater is worked in the round with a single strand from the top down. It begins with brioche stitch, continues in pattern stitch, and is finished with brioche stitch.
The fit is wide and slightly cropped, featuring drop shoulders and a high neck.
The pattern includes several long floats. Be sure to catch the floats frequently (at least
every 3 stitches).
Alternatively, you may choose to embroider the pattern using duplicate stitch on rounds
with very long floats, or for the entire pattern. If doing so, be sure to check your gauge if
you plan to knit the sweater in a single color before adding the pattern.
