Blooming Vine Socks are worked toe-up in fingering weight yarn. Delicate lace vines travel up the front of the foot and continue along the front of the leg, while the sole and back of the leg are kept in smooth stockinette for comfort and easy wear. Right before the cuff, the vines turn into blooms and that’s what makes these socks a little bit special. The flower motifs are finished with simple embroidery, adding subtle texture, like actual flowers. This pattern includes charted and written instructions for the lace, both in English and Finnish.

The pattern features a Fleegle heel and includes two cuff options: a soft ruffled cuff or a classic ribbed cuff. A sweet but wearable design that brings a touch of summer to your needles.
