✿ One little square. A whole garden of a blanket.

Each Blossom Square has a flower that actually sits on top of the fabric instead of sinking into it. Contrast chains arc up and over the stitches to form the petals, so every square looks like it’s in bloom.

Make a lovey for a baby shower, a stroller blanket, or keep going all the way to a twin bed cover. Same square, nine sizes, and it’s machine washable, so it’s built to be used and loved.

✨ What makes it work

• Join as you go. A slip stitch seam through the back loops means no marathon sewing session at the end.
• When the last square is on, you’re assembled. Then just the border.
• Soft, ridged border. A Clean Sc round, then half double crochet in the third loop.
• Fewer ends. Carry the main color along the back between rounds.
• You’re not on your own. Video tutorial and written pattern included.
