The book states the gauge for these mittens as 8 sts x 18 rows = 3”. Based on other patterns in this book it appears the stitch gauge should be 18 sts = 3”. There is no errata link yet.

From the book: “These trigger mitts remind us of choppy seas spattered with ice or topped with whitecaps and the sting of the sea spray on our cheeks.”

Two-colour trigger finger mittens that begin with a traditional striped cuff. The back of the hand sports a triangle design while the mitten tops, thumb and palm are worked in a ‘salt and pepper’ pattern stitch.
