Inspired by the song “Blue Monday” by New Order the pattern features a ribbed stitch pattern with cables, because I think it resembles the rhythm of the song: Straightforward, but with some unexpected twists.

Sizes: Women’s M and L to fit leg circumference 18.75 (22.5) cm 7.5 (9)“. Leg length inclduing heel results in 22.5 cm (9”) when knit as given in the pattern. Leg length and foot length are adjustable. Please note that due to the nature of the pattern, the sock has a lot of stretch and comfortably fits a leg circumference up to 4 cm (1.5”) smaller or bigger.

You can choose to work the all-over cable pattern from the charts or the written instructions.

Material: 1 skein of fingering weight yarn with a yardage of approximately 400 m (440 yds) per 100 g.
Notions: 2 stitch markers, cable needle, darning needle.
