I named this pattern Blue Waves due to the color of the yarn and the cables which remind me of waves. A quick, relaxing and fun project.

Skill level: Easy/Intermediate
Size: 17.6” (44.7 cm) circumference and 7.7” (19.6 cm) tall (One size).

Yarn: LB COLLECTION Superwash Merino (#3 Light (DK)/306 yards/289 meters/100% Superwash Merino Wool.
-Color: Teal (1 Skein)

Needle size: US #2 (2.75mm) 16” long circular needles. US #3 (3.25) 16” long circular needles, or needle size to obtain gauge. A set of US #3, 4 or 5 double pointed needles (DPN).

Notions: Stitch marker/One tapestry needle.

Gauge: 30 sts x 38 rnds= 4” in Blue Waves pattern repeat with larger needles.

Notes: Hat in knitted in the round. Hat is meant to be fitted and it can stretch to fit several head sizes.
