This design is worked from the top down. The back and front are worked separately to shape the neckline and keyhole opening before joining at the underarms and continuing in the round. The bodice is worked in 3x2 ribbing. A transition increase round converts the ribbing into stockinette and creates the peplum flare. The hem is finished with an i-cord bind off.

Sizes are 1,2,3,4,5,6 with estimated bust measurements of 30”, 32”, 34”, 36”, 40”, 42”. The top is meant to have about 2-3” of negative ease.

Needle sizes are US 4 (3.5mm) and US 5 (3.75mm). Optional to use a crochet hook for reinforcement on edges. There is minimal seams required.

Approximately 550-1,050 yards of sport-weight yarn is needed.
