Materials: You may use yarn and hook of choice with this pattern.
Sample afghan used:
• Sport weight yarn – approx. 4050 yards for sample size 50” x 70”
• Crochet hook size F (3.75 mm)

Sample Gauge: 8 clusters & 4 cluster rows = 4”

Finished Size: You may make this blanket to any size. Sample blanket was approx. 50” wide x 70” long.

Special Stitches: This pattern uses a unique stitch technique called “cast on triple crochet”. It is worked just like a regular triple crochet, except instead of yarning over twice to start the stitch, the 2 loops are “cast on” in the same manner you would cast on loops when knitting.
