This is a pretty easy beginner-intermediate pattern!

This top is made with Loops & Threads Colorwheel, but you can use whatever medium weight 4 yarn you wish.You will need both a 3.5mm hook and a 5mm hook.

This top can be made any size! It is made based on size and not stitch count.
