Yarn information

Hanks are assumed to be 170 yards and 50g each.

The book lists the yarn used in the model as “Jamieson & Smith’s Shetland 3-ply”. However, the only yarn in Ravelry’s database that this seems to match is Jamieson & Smith’s 3-ply Chunky, which is certainly not 170 yards to a 50g ball. Jamieson & Smith does carry a “Hardy Shetland 3 Ply” yarn, but it is indeterminable as to whether this is the yarn used in the model. Any Ravelrers who have more information about this yarn, please message an editor of this book to help out. Thanks!
