Who doesn’t love the minions?! This is a listing for a pattern to make this highly detailed minion, sure to bring a smile to kids of all ages!

The pattern is flat knit on two needles and requires some skills in sewing. It is best suited for intermediate knitters, as it contains garter stitch, stocking stitch, increasing and decreasing techniques. There is also some options for his hands, one of which includes short rows and turning; the other does not. The finished product is approximately 23cm tall. Bob is size-relative to Stuart, Kevin and the Purple Minion, so you can make the whole gang!

Bob’s pattern has been redone to include some options. His hands can be made as fingers or as mittens; and the pattern now includes both. You get to pick what suits your skill level or desired aesthetic, and create something that’s truly your own.

Materials you’ll need include:

• 8 ply yarn
• 3mm needles - and possibly 3.25mm or 3.75mm
• Stitch holder or safety pin
• Felt
• 15mm buttons
• 6 mm buttons
• PVC tube
• Florist wire or pipe cleaners
• Some sewing thread
• Doll-making needle, as well as a standard sewing needle
• Pins
• Stuffing
