You can take this bag anywhere. It’s just the right size to carry all kinds of things – from groceries to your laptop. In the pattern, I also include optional suggestions to personalize the bag in your own way. You can make it smaller or bigger, and even adjust the handles to your liking.

Finished Size
The finished bag measures approximately 40 x 10 x 36 cm (15.74 x 9.9 x 14.2 inches).

-Yarn: You can use 100% cotton yarn or a cotton blend in Aran weight. For the bobble bag, you’ll need 170 meters (186 yards) of yarn for the main colour of the bag.
For the bobble stripes, you’ll need six additional colours, using approximately 85 meters (93 yards) of each colour.
- Canvas tote bag / lining for the inside:
You can choose to use a canvas bag as the inner structure of your bobble bag to make it a firm bag. The one I used was listed as measuring 40 x 10 x 30 cm (ap prox. 15.74 x 9.93 x 11.8 inches), although in reality it turned out slightly different. I ordered my canvas bag from Shein, but any similar bag will work just fine.
