My adult-sized ear warmer measures about 4 inches wide and 19.5 inches long.

You can easily adjust this ear warmer to fit any size you need. Just be sure to chain an odd number and to measure as you go. My Headband Sizing Chart on page 6 of this pattern will help you with sizing
