I have made this cardigan a couple times, one for myself and once for a friend, and I think it looks really nice! Sometimes crocheted clothing items don’t look as neat as knitted ones, but this one is really cute, especially for spring or summer.

I would say this is a beginner to intermediate level project, you need to know some of the basic crochet stitches like double crochet, single crochet, magic loop already, but doesn’t get too complicated.

Materials:

• any type of weight 4 cotton yarn
• 4mm crochet hook
• Tapestry needle
• scissors to cut yarn

This crochet pattern will go through how to make the granny squares, as well as how to sew everything together.
