Bobble Loop is such a fun pullover to make and to wear. The traveling cables and bobbles make the yoke entertaining to knit and every row of the chart is also written out. The bobbles are worked all in one single round too! This is accessible to an advanced beginner knitter and could be a great first top-down sweater pattern. It’s very comfortable and can be dressed up or down.

Bobble Loop is worked top-down and in the round in a completely seamless manner (unless you choose to sew down the inside edge of a double collar option). The yoke construction is a hybrid between circular method for ease of working the cable motif and raglan seams for superior fit. Short rows lower the front neckline and also add length to the back hemline for wearing comfort.

Four options are included for finishing the neckline: Funnel, Crew, Mock Collar (Double), and Turtleneck. The collar, cuffs, and hem band are finished in 1×1 ribbing. Option is included for a split hemline.

This design really shows off hand-dyed yarns, and will look great in any DK yarn with good drape and stitch definition.

This pattern has been professionally tech-edited and tested.
