This pattern is written in US terms.
If you are already familiar with Ripple or Chevron then this skirt will be easy for you.
You can easily make it your size.
All you need is the measurement to be able to pull over your hips or head and then put elastic in the waist.
Remember there is some stretch in crochet. It is not like fabric that is rigid and set at the measurement it is made in
