B o m b u s
is a bomber jacket shaped cardigan in tender nude tones with candytuft & zinnia flower coloured dots, featuring cabled and clustered details at the upper front and back.
The quilted texture gives structure to the fit, while the neat shoulders and soft neckline keep the shape feminine. The V-neckline exposes the feminine décolleté beautifully and is finished with a kimono-like border containing hidden colours.
The modern shape combined with the romantic details and the tender colour scheme creates a somehow Japanese aesthetic with an imaginative flowery summery athmosphere.

Bombus is knitted from the top down in one piece with raglan increases and picked up stitches for the fronts. The patterns include a Bubble Pattern, cables, clusters and in parts colour work.
Short rows add shaping across the neckline and lower back and increases are incorporated invisibly into the cable sections. To add volume at the middle of the back, the rate of decreases is increased.
