Bonnie Cardi is a chunky open-front cardigan featuring a bold combination of Garter Stitch, Stockinette Stitch and 1x1 ribbing.

Worked on large needles with Super Bulky yarn, the design alternates different stitch sections across the body, creating a clean, graphic texture while keeping the silhouette simple and relaxed.

The cardigan is worked flat in five separate pieces — back, two fronts and two sleeves — which are then seamed together. The sleeves feature a dramatic increase after the ribbed cuffs, creating their characteristic volume.

To finish the cardigan, stitches are picked up along the front openings and back neckline to work a wide 1x1 ribbed edging.
