I wanted to make a protective travel sleeve for my Mom’s old Bible. The measurement around the width is 14 inches. The measurement around the height is 18 ½. The cover has a flap but no closure.

I used 129 grams of worsted weight red heart ombre scraps.
size 5 hook

I started with a chain of 34. to change the width you just add or subtract by 2. The pattern is worked in an odd number so the chain needs to be an even number.
