Border collie puppy hot water bottle cover knitting pattern

Designed to fit a standard 2 litre hot water bottle.

You will need just one 100g ball of chunky yarn for this pattern, plus some black, white and grey for shading. The face and paw marks are finished off by hand sewing with a little black. I’ve chosen blue for the eyes as he’s a puppy.
Very simple pattern, as it’s symmetrical. Knitted for the most part in one piece, except for the back envelope and funnel.

Tension: 14 stitches x 20 rows= 4 inches/10 cm on 6 mm knitting needles.
