This pattern looks so much like bird feathers that I could not help but name this headband after my old friend, the Boreal owl, who used to live outside my little cabin in the woods. Sizing is customizable and depends entirely on the number of pattern repeats that you knit. The finished headband is about 3.25” (8.25 cm) wide.
