The Basic Open Stitch Shawl - The BOSS

Learning to crochet is such a personal and unique gift. Being able to create your own clothing and accessories brings a sense of pride unlike anything else. One thing I found with my crocheting journey over the years is that unfortunately there seems to be more knit patterns - especially when it comes to shawls and specifically sock yarn patterns. This is a simple addition for your collection. The stitches are all easy, this pattern is repetitive, and you get that classic drape and lightness that sock yarn patterns offer. For all levels alike, the final piece can be appreciated by all.

You will need a 2.5mm hook and approximately 600 yards of your favorite sock yarn. Always be sure to check your gauge - provided within the pattern.

This is a written pattern using simple stitches. All of these stitches have several tutorials on YouTube to help guide you along the way if need be - I am guilty of learning many of my crafting skills on there! Keep in mind that if you still need any help along the way, I am just a message away.
