Bouclé Bouclé Bolero is the top-down style bolero using raglan increases. I recommend you to choose the yarn like boucle yarn, hairy-mohair, loop yarn or feather-like yarn. Also, consider using larger needle size to get a soft and light feeling.
Because this is bolero design, it can easily slip off from your shoulders. You can add strings on the front and knot to make it stable.
