A cute bandeau/boob tube style top I created as part of my Lockdown Lingerie collection, available for only 99p!

This is my favourite ‘lounging around on a Sunday’ top as it’s so comfy yet feels a little bit glam.

This is great for beginners as you only need to know how to cast on and off, knit and purl and how to make a lace hole – although this is super easy and explained in the pattern download.

For the cord you can use 3.75mm double pointed or straight needles, I have included an explanation for both methods.

Lying flat the top measures approx 31cm wide and 35cm long. Model is a UK size 12 and this should fits busts that measure around 95cm, although it is knit a little loser so there will be more give. Please note a bra has been worn underneath the top in the photos, although at home I just wear the top on its own as it is SO comfortable.

Tension square is knitted using 4mm needles and I used a scrap ball of acrylic double knitting yarn I had to hand. A great way to turn those odd balls of wall into something a little fun! (Uses approx 70 grams of yarn)
