A couple of people have asked me about the positioning of the markers, since it’s not symmetrical. It’s not meant to be, because of the cables. Usually, in a top down raglan the directions would basically say work to before the marker, increase, slip the marker, then increase again. But in BPT, there’s a cable between the increases--if you look at in the directions, you’ll see that they say to work to before the first marker, work an increase, work a cable, then work another increase, for each of the markers. So, the increases are positioned symmetrically, but the markers are positioned before the cables (on the RS--the set up row is a WS row, so they’re placed after the cables), because otherwise they’d be in the middle of the cable, and I thought that would be a pain in the neck in the row where the cables cross.
