Braided Half Double Crochet Baby Blanket
A free version is also available.
This pattern is also available for FREE on my website HERE.
Make a squishy baby blanket using blanket yarn with fun pops of color! The Braided Half Double Crochet Baby Blanket is a one-row repeat pattern you can work up in a jiffy!
I’ve had my eye on the braided puff stitch for a while, but the puff stitches did not cooperate nicely with the blanket yarn!
I decided to try a simpler version of this technique using just hdc stitches instead of puff stitches. I think the result turned out pretty cool!
Finish the blanket with a hdc border and you’ll be ready to gift this at a cold-weather baby shower!
I hope you enjoy this pattern!
