“I WAS wandering around a Parisian market when I saw a printed polka dot shawl with stripes running through the dots. Immediately I thought, how could I do this in knitting?”, says Kristin Blom. “My design features diamonds and stripes, and uses the Invisible Stranding technique, which allows for long floats but still looks fab on the right side. Don’t be overwhelmed by the chart: just do it step by step, and you will be surprised by how easy it is!”
