Tea cosy: one ball eachin white and Delphinium/blue.
Placemat: 2 balls in blue and 1 in white.
Egg cosies (for 2) 1 ball each in blue and white.

For the set:
4 balls in blue and 2 white balls.

Placemat and egg cosies - yarn is held double use 5 mm needles.
