The Breeze top is a fitted crochet v stitch garment worked in the round from the bottom up. Using a combination of US double crpchet and chains, this top is a quick and satisfying make. It is a fitted design with a v neck and you can either wear it as a vest or as a long sleeve top.

The majority of this garment is worked in the round from the bottom up. The front and back is split and worked flat for shaping the neck and shoulders, The top is then either sleeveless with some gentle shaping in the armhole or they are picked up and worked in the round.

Working with v stitch crochet is a breeze simply because rather than work into the chain, you work into the chain space, allowing a quicker experience of double crochet.

The pattern is written in US terms throughout.

This garment is available as a vest version or a long sleeved top version.

I used Cygnet boho spirit which is a worsted, self striping yarn.
