Briggait Hat
The Briggait is a venue in Glasgow that was originally built in 1873 and functioned as a fish market until the 1970s. Hence the fish.
The hat comes in 3 sizes, the small and medium sizes use about 85m of each colour, the large size uses about 100m of each colour, so you can use miniskeins for the small and medium but need a 50g hank for the large.
The ribbing is knit on 3mm and the body of the hat on 3.25mm. I recommend a 40cm circular for both, and a longer circular for magic loop or DPNs in 3.25mm for the crown.
Sample is the medium size and uses Seaglass as the background and Hazel as the foreground.
