Begin the boot sock with two needles and knit back and forth until honeycomb pattern on boot top is complete. The remainder of the sock is in the round.

Size
Ladies’ Medium. Length of foot from heel to tip of toe: 9.5 inches (24cm). Foot length is adjustable.

Materials
400 metres of medium worsted weight wool
1 pair 4.00 mm needles 12.5 inches (32 cm) long
1 set 3.50 mm double pointed needles
1 set 4.00 mm double pointed needles
1 cable needle
1 place marker
1 sharp darning needle

Gauge
9 stitches = 2 inches (5 cm) in stocking stitch using 4.00 mm needles
