The Brioche Cable Arrows Scarf is a great introduction to knitting brioche cables. This rhythmic scarf has cast on and bind off points that mirror the shapes made by the cables throughout its length. This is a great pattern to practice your basic brioche with just a few new techniques to add to your repertoire. The result is a relaxing, yet engaging knit and a squishy scarf to keep you warm all winter long.

This scarf is intended to be an introduction to brioche cables and is a great place to start before launching into more complex brioche cable patterns such as the Hidden Forest Shawl.

The yarns used in the sample were one skein each of:
Color A: 275yds/251m DK weight yarn, shown in Stunning String Studio Plump, in color Regal Purple (275yds/251yds in 100g, 100% superwash merino).
Color B: 275yds/251m DK weight yarn, shown in Stunning String Studio Plump, in color Natural (275yds/251yds in 100g, 100% superwash merino).

This scarf could easily work with either sport or dk weight yarn, but the final length of the scarf and number of pattern repeats may differ with yarns of different yardages.

Finished Measurements: 5in/13cm wide x 84in/213cm long

The pattern includes both written and charted instructions.
