An amigurumi pattern for Brionne

Will need fiberfill as well
Needlefelting used to add small features to Brionne’s head and flippers but not necessary.
Makes a hand-sized toy, will need more blue (body) and white (ruffle) yarn than pink/light/teal yarn.
