Broken Honey Scarf
I wanted to create a scarf with a mixed texture, contrasting curves and straight lines.
The pattern is completely written out in English. There are also additional charts.
This pattern gives you a scarf of approx. 190 cm x 32 cm. The scarf is slightly wavy.
Gauge in broken rib stitch: 23 stitches by 32 rows for 10 x 10 cm.
Gauge in honeycomb cables: 30 stitches by 32 rows for 10 x 10 cm.
Materials needed:
• 2 skeins of 100 gr/330 m Apilou yarn from Veritas (100% anti-pilling acrylic),
colour light gray. Yarn weight: DK/light worsted.
• 4 mm needles, or whatever size needles needed to obtain gauge.
• 3 stitch markers
• Cable needle
• Optional: row counter
• Optional: tapestry needle or crochet needle to weave in the ends.
