A must have for any Broncos fan! A beginner to intermediate level project that will yield a highly sought after handmade item. A quick to knit project, knowing how to add more yarn is enough to get you going changing colors. A variety of base hat color options are available with full color charts.

Suggested yarn - Falk Dale of Norway
Yarn weight - DK to worsted weight yarn
Gauge - 4 stitches and 6 rows = 1 inch in St st
Needle size - US 6 - 4 mm
Yardage - 250 - 350 yards (229 - 320 m)
Sizes available - Unisex Adult Large - The weight of the yarn and gauge will ultimately drive the size, but adding a fleece lining to the finished knit hat can bring the size down if it turns out too large. Pattern makes a large hat that fits 23 head, but given the ribbed brim also has some stretch.

Pattern includes detailed charts as well as full written instructions.
There are several files, each named with the main color of the background, such as ‘BroncosBeanieOrange’ for the orange based hat. The difference in the files is the colors in the chart. The OrangeWhite variation has the orange background with a white outline around the logo.

(Adding a pom pom or fleece lining to this hat is a great post knit enhancement. This pattern doesn’t include these instructions but are available upon request.)
