Bronx Cowl is knit in worsted weight Malabrigo and the kettle dyed yarn adds to the beauty of this chunky cowl.

The cowl is easy to knit and can be made as wide as you wish by adding additional yarn and repeating the lace pattern. A super warm cowl which can be worn long or doubled up for extra warmth.

Materials Needed:
Size 9(5.5 mm) 24“ Circular needles
3 balls of Malabrigo Worsted Wool 100% wool 210 yds
Darning needle

Abbreviations
K—knit
P—purl
Yarn Over- loop yarn over needle to create extra length
SSSK -Slip two stitches as if to knit, Slip another stitch as if to knit. Insert left-hand needle into front of these 3 stitches and knit them together
K3tog -Knit three stitches together as one stitch
dbl dec -Slip first and second stitches together as if to knit. Knit 1 stitch. Pass two slipped stitches over the knit stitch.
(k yo k) in 1- k1 leave on needle, yo, then knit again into same st to make 3 sts from 1
K2tog - Knit two stitches together as one stitch
SSK - Slip one stitch as if to knit, Slip another stitch as if to knit. Insert left-hand needle into front of these 2 stitches and knit them together
