Look how pretty this yarn is with all those purple, beige and red hues… Broomstick lace crochet was on my to do list for a long time so I used this pretty sock yarn for this scarf. The base is made with broomstick lace crochet. The edging is done in double crochet stitches. This scarf can be wrapped around your neck twice and has quite a tight (warm) fit. Make it longer for a looser fit.

I used sock yarn. I didn’t really realize it’s a bit itchy, but I don’t mind :) If you don’t like a bit itchy, use softer yarn with the same thickness as sock yarn for the lacy effect.
