I started using the Lion Brand Easy Crochet Hat pattern but ran into some issues. After the first few rows, I made the pattern up myself. If you look at the original pattern, you will see it is NOT even remotely similar to the original hat. But the guys like my modified version!! This was my first ever hat that I made after about 2-3 months of crocheting.
