• I knit the brim in 7/16” gauge and the rest of the beret in 1/2” gauge.
• This pattern uses mostly “u” knit or “true” knit stitches. “E” wrap knit stitches may be substituted, however please be aware that it will significantly change the stitch and row count and the overall look of the finished beret.
