The Brudslöja vest has a cute summer vibe and reminds me of midsummers in Sweden and warm summer nights. It is named after the flower “brudslöja’’ which in English is the flower Baby’s breath. It is made in DK cotton yarn to be breathable and perfect for warmer days. The vest can be worn on its own or with something underneath.

This is made in DK weight cotton yarn and a little alpaca yarn for the lace edge. You’ll also need buttons for the front fastening.

• 150g (165g, 180g, 200g, 225g, 240g) DK yarn
• Approx 30g fingering weight yarn
• 3 mm crochet hook

The sizes available are XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. All size converions are in both cm and inches.

The pattern includes written instructions on how to make the vest, video instructions and crochet graphs for the lace edges.
