This quick knit felted pouch is the perfect project for using up a small amount of scraps and results in a cute and practical purse you can attach to a larger piece, or daintily carry to out to a coffee date with a dear friend. It is knit from the bottom up and finished with the addition of an i-cord secured in a loop before felting. You can drape the loop around your wrist or use it to attach the little pouch to the arms of a larger bag.

CONSTRUCTION NOTES:
The bag is worked bottom up starting with a base worked flat. Stitches are then picked up and the bag is worked in the round until the handle. Handles are shaped using German Short Rows. It is suitable to substitute a different method for short rows if that is your preference. Stitches are bound off and then cast on again for the handles.
