A baby blanket in 2 sizes knitted in bubble stitch.
Three different colours are used for the bubbles to give a striped effect and the bubbles are outlined in a fourth colour.
Bubble stitch is easy to work and there is a detailed photo tutorial included in the pattern.
The smaller size makes a lovely receiving or swaddle blanket. It can also be used for tummy time, in the car or in the stroller. The larger version fits a crib or cot and makes a useful play mat.
